My boyfriend and I find this crate to be just what we needed. As far as portability goes, it cant get any better! So far we havent had any problems with them (we have two). The ONLY thing that it needs in order to be perfect is a latch to secure it when its closed. It works just fine without it though... As far as quality goes, it IS just plastic and metal... literally, but our two destroyers (german shorthaired pointer and weimaraner) havent been able to break them yet. Basically if youre looking for portability (that doesnt include the fabric crates) and durability, this one is for you! -- Almost There
